Good Value for the Money
I found these plates to be a good value. These are not the heftiest rubber plates you will find, and for $29 for the pair, no one should expect them to be. It depends on what you want them for. We use them to help coach younger, less experienced lifters who are just learning the power clean. While thin and a bit on the flopsy side, as the previous reviewer noted, they are the same diameter as a regular Olympic 45 pound plate. Thus the tyro power cleaner can get an accurate, proportionate feel for addressing the bar, and for returning the bar to the power position from the hang position, by using these plates. True, you can't load the bar with a lot of additional weight or they'll begin to bend. (In fact, we have a couple of sets of thicker, sturdier 10 pound bumpers for the lifters who are progressing, getting better and stronger and adding some weight but can't yet manage a 135 pound clean. Of course, for these heftier bumpers we paid a heftier price, and they are well worth it.) These particular bumper plates, though, are ideal for the purpose stated, introducing a newer lifter to the power clean with proportions right to teach perfect form. Of course, these plates' floppiness isn't a problem for any non-ground lifts as well. (Parenthetically, I'd strongly recommend never lifting without clips, except maybe with only these very 10 pound bumpers on the bar. On a loaded bar, an unequal lift can cause a slide of plates on one side of the bar that is surprisingly rapid, followed by a vicious backlash as the now lightened end of the bar catapults in the opposite direct, a potentially lethal danger to anyone within 5 feet of the lifter---especially dangerous in the bench press and squat.) All in all, I'd recommend these inexpensive bumper plates for anyone wanting to use them for a specialized purpose like ours. They are, to reiterate, thin and prone to be floppy if the bar is loaded with much more weight. For that reason alone, I rated them four stars rather than five. For someone wanting a more rugged bumper plate, you would be wise to look at a costlier set.UPDATE, December 2017. These inexpensive bumper plates gave up the ghost this year, the floppiness eventually, finally resulting in creases, cuts in the thin plates. You can probably figure the potential lifespan of these plates from our experience with them. I'd still say 'good value for the money' though.

Need a pair of 10 lbs rubber weights - this is them.
This is a 10 lbs weight and it is very 10 poundish. You get two. They are the size of your typical large plates in diameter, but of course much thinner width. These arrived clean and not funny smelling (as I've read is a problem with rubber sometimes). OH! and they are rubber. These are fine.

Weights are fine, as expected
Weights are fine, as expected, but they stink and the smell just doesn't go away. A strong rubber smell, it's awful.

Decent
Obviously these arent rogue or Eleiko quality but they arent half bad. I use them just to practice my cleans and snatches from the floor and for mobility work. I made the mistake of putting more weight on the sides(4-10s each side) I think and they bent but went somewhat back to normal, cant really tell. Anyway for the price, they did the job and my oly lifts are 1000x better than they were before.

Nice cheap bumper plates
You can spend $100's on the nice Rogue fitness kind or save a ton and buy these. Great for light lifting and much cheaper than the Rogue models. 4 stars because of the heavy rubber smell and the plates are cheap so they can warp with too much load or pressure. Great for the money otherwise.

Good product, long to ship
Product does exactly what we needed and yes they do bend a little but that's simply the physics of 10lb rubber plates, you can't get around it. Use 15 or 25lb plates if you want less bend but for those who want to dead lift and power clean with sub-135lb weight these work great. My only complaint is the time to receive these from the shipper. I received them 5 days after the 'expected' shipping date.

Quality Weights
I love these bumper plates. They have an oil smell when you first get them but it wares off pretty quick. A little soap and water makes it go away faster. I assume it is the lube that keeps them from sticking to the machine that makes them. Other than that they are great.

They are what they are
Weight plates are just so utilitarian. They are what they are. These do a great job. I am not sure they would hold up to a super serious lifter, but my 13 year old baseball player should get a few years out of these.
