I spent 2 days on Amazon to decide on the best belt. I read reviews thoroughly. This belt had the most consistently good reviews so I ordered it. I'm not sorry. It came very quickly and it fits well and looks great. Kudos to all those ladies who took the time to write a review.

1. Personal disappointment.The image shown for this was not what came. The photo was the deep brown one, which I wanted, what came was the black. I went by the picture when ordering, so I was really disappointed when I didn't get what I paid for. This would be 4 stars without the false advertising and 5 if the belts could close on their own. I really don't have the time or energy to go through the return process, so I guess I'm stuck with black and won't be getting the dark brown one I wanted.2. Review.The belts themselves are pretty good. I've purchased 5 (it's getting expensive) red, cream/white, light brown, dark navy, and now this one. I wasn't planning to get the black one at all because it looked kind of meh on the site and in-person it looks kind of meh, too. The "leather" isn't dark enough and the belt doesn't have the same pizazz the other ones have. It looks a little cheap in comparison. However, I do like the other ones. They're all comfortable and feel nice to touch. The elastic is good and the metallic accents don't look cheapy.3. Objective issues.The quality for them all averages 4 stars. Not amazing, not bad either, and they look pretty good. The only problem is that they don't have their own closure mechanism. They utilize the resistance of your body pushing outward against the hooks to stay closed, so if you get a larger size then lose weight, you probably won't be able to wear them anymore.

There was no choice of sizes, but I took a chance anyway. I’m a size 12 and I could barely clasp this together. Otherwise, it’s nicely made and looks like the picture.

This belt was the perfect compliment to a jump suit I had given my granddaughter. She was so pleased, and the fact it can be worn with other outfits is definitely a plus. Great product.

I didn't end up using this belt for it's original purpose but decided to keep it as it's so nice. Buckle stays secure and pulls in your waist so you actually look like you have one (which has always been my problem). It's a "keeper."

I love this belt. It's very stylish. It fits great. It's not too tight or lose, just right. I basically purchased it to wear when I'm wearing a top and skirt, wear the belt over my top.....on my waist line. Looks great.

I have a few spring dresses that were missing something. This was it! Instantly fits a dress to flattering. I tried it over a long cardigan too. So cute!

The one I ordered had no size chart, it is probably a medium. Too big for me.

Only thing is I thought this belt was black, the choice to pick a colour is not clear enough, that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars
