Af100s 1.7-Cubic Foot Compact Refrigerator, Silver and Black

No freezer compartment, just like I wanted. Cools well and is very quiet! My only problem was that the box the fridge was in was put in the outer box upside down. I would not have known I needed to wait 48 hours before plugging it in so the oil and other liquids would go back where they belong; the maintenance man who unpacked it for me knew. (I am disabled, but this is very light, and I could have unpacked it myself.). This was not a product or manufacturer's error.

This fridge took a long while to get cold. Works if you wait a day or two before storing items in it. Not good for keep meats or other items that need to be kept very cold but does work well for veggies, beverages, deli items, etc... The more items you have the better it keeps things cool. Fan started going bad after about 2 months. The fan started making very load sounds before completely failing. Not sure how its going to work now without a fan. Should have spent more money and bought something with better quality.

the fridge is brilliant , just what i hoped for , my only complaint is this , the 1st one i orderd , didnt work so i tried to send it back , i printed out the label you provide, took it to post office , they wouldnt send it because it didnt have an airmail return label, i have now paid twice for the fridge and still have the broken one , here boxed up ready to post , i live right by amazon swansea ,i cant see why i cant return it to them and get my money back .Culinair Af100s 1.7-Cubic Foot Compact Refrigerator, Silver and Black

Nice, compact, no freeze which is a big plus for me. Lots of storage. My ONLY issue is, it doesn't get very cold. I use this in my office for drinks and it works well, just wish it was colder.

So far we are not impressed with this mini fridge. After we got it and plugged it in it seems as though it bever gets real cold. Even after two days of leaving the door shut and being set on the coldest setting the drinks we stored in it are not completely cold.The one thing that I do like about it is the size and it has a small light that comes on when the door opens.

This is the first Mini Fridge I have ever owned and I am quiet pleased with the quality of the productit gets quiet cold I am pleased with the size of the fridge it holds everything I need it to and still has a bit of space for other things.I would recommend it.

Worst fridge! I totally thought with the other reviews some were good and some were bad, but it is clear...Save your money on this one!! I bought this fridge in January. It got cool but never really cold enough even on the highest/coldest temp setting. So, oh well, you would think that's not so bad...but it is now ONLY August and it is making a rattling noise from the back like it is about to blow. Of course it is over the point of return so I am out the money on this not so great fridge. I strongly advise you to look at a different fridge!

I ordered this fridge because I needed something very shallow, and Amazon's website said it was only 10" deep. While I was suspicious of that info, I assumed and hoped it would be only a bit (but not a lot) more deep. I was disappointed when I received the item and had to send it back. While I was musing whether or not I should send it back, I went to Culinair's website and found the following info:"All Culinair mini-fridges and wine coolers use a thermoelectric refrigeration technology, which eliminates the need of a compressor. This type of refrigeration is capable of reducing the internal temperatures of the mini-fridge or wine cooler up to 30° more than ambient temperature. In an average home with an average temperature of around 75° the mini-fridge or wine cooler's adjustable range is 44°-53°. The FDA advises that food must be properly refrigerated and kept at a temperature below 40° Fahrenheit to be safe for consumption."Thus, this is really not a fridge but a cooler masquerading as one. It reduces the temperature by about 30 degrees relative to the ambient temperature, and therefore should not be used to store food, but mostly as a cooler.Since the item was relative inexpensive, and looks nice, I gave it 3 stars. I docked two points because its not really a fridge.I hope this is useful info for potential buyers.
