Item was likely repackaged based on sloppy resealing of the plastic bag, therefore it may not been new. I've tried all the buttons, and because it works well, I've kept it.

Cheaper than name brand. Works without issues.

The buttons sticks, you have to keep pressing until it works. Yes there is no set up just point and it turn on your tv but u really have to press the buttons hard n more than once.

This replacement remote's center pad lacks sensitvity. The right arrow does not respond and left arrow takes many presses to respond. I expect this remote will last less than 3 months. Not the replacement I was hoping to buy.

I bought this remote hoping that it would replace my original that came with my Sony TV, however, both the right and left arrows do not work and now I have to buy another one.
