Shred Soles Performance Snowboard Boot Insoles

I know this is a long review but Shred Soles has solved a problem I've been trying to fix for almost a decade! Ever since I began riding 9 years ago I've had foot pain issues. There are two kinds of pain - one on the outsides of my feet and the other is underneath. The pain is so bad it's debilitating and makes the day on the mountain impossible to enjoy. I've gone through so many iterations of gear I can't keep track - wide boots, bindings with canted footbeds, boot shims, boot widening, custom orthotics and on and on. It basically came down to the fact that I have slightly wide feet that press against the edges of the boot and cause terrible pain. When the boots are stretched to alleviate the outside pain, the boots were so loose that I got the underside pain from the foot flexing inside the boot. And since the boots were lose my heels would come up and I couldn't control the board, so I would clamp down with my toes adding more stress to the feet. To compensate for the lack of control I'd crank down on my binding straps which put pressure back on the top of my feet, splayed them out wider and the pain gets worse. After years of searching the internet I finally found Shred Soles and talked to Nate. The Shred Sole insoles are canted so the downward force is placed on the bottom of my feet and less on the outside. They also have great arch support and a cushioned heel cup. Add in the heel wedges also available from shredsoles.com and my heel lift is eliminated. I rode on this set up and my foot pain has been reduced 90%. NINETY PERCENT! My boots are actually snug and comfortable, I have tolerable discomfort and total control. I finally found a solution after almost a decade of searching!

I had arch pain previously from just having my boots on.If you have arch pain or you old insoles are going out I would definitely try this before trying a different boot.Arch support will feel stiff but as you break them in they offer amazing support and effectively dispel foot fatigue. Heel/arche support is top notch. The cup and padding really help support impact on variously features, jumps, jibs, mogels, park.I did notice in my riding since the shredsole is beefier than the previous insole my lead pinky toe rubbed a bit. It felt to be blistering but after review it was fine. I would consider trimming or doing the heat mold to by bass this. Just make sure you where quaility socks on the first day.All in all I Definitely would not have knocked 9 hours of riding and have happy feet with out these guys.Worth the money

Have these in my 32 boots to give some added arch support. I noticed that the way my arches are, I can fluctuate almost a half size as the arch collapses extending the length of the foot. These have great cushion and provide nice support.These might not provide as much support as a rigid insole for those needing higher level of support, and I do think these are a little pricier than they should be.

These inserts are amazing!!! Completely changed my boots and made them so much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

These insoles performed far better than expected. For many years, I experienced significant pain in feet while snowboarding despite use of more expensive, custom insoles. I took a flyer on these and have experienced a material difference in comfort. Still experience some minor pain on long runs, but, for the most part, these help make long days on slopes more enjoyable.

Fit my foot well as far as cushion and arch, but they constantly roll up and bunch under my toes making them go numb. I switched back to my factory insoles and now have no issues.

I've kept them with my second pair of snowboard boots.

Bought these to put in my snowboarding boots. My heel was always sore without these, until a fellow boarder told me to buy these. Now I can board for hours without a break!RM

Bought these for my gf, she had the same problem with sore feet from snow boarding. Once these went into her boarding boots, problem solved!RM

They are great, much better than stock Adidas insole in their Response ADV boots.
