Very cheaply made. Worked once but would not keep a change.

Very nice, compact and easy to use
This is my first selfie stick and I have to say, I think it will be really handy to have this thing around and I have a feeling I'll end up in many more pics now (I'm normally the one snapping away but am rarely in the pictures)! It's fairly lightweight and from what I've read it's more compact than some of the other models. Very nice little gadget for the price.

The first stick I received was defective. It is being returned. I notified Arthur Mall regarding my problems and within a week I had a replacement. I am pleased with the product but mostly I am impressed with this company's desire to please the customer. The customer service was outstanding. I would recommend purchase of any item sold by Arthur Mall because of their unequaled 100% customer satisfaction. The selfie stick is sturdy and easy to use.
