NOTICE: DOES NOT REMOVE ETCH MARKS: An etch mark is a chemical reaction between an acidic substance and the calcium that is commonly found in marble, travertine and limestone. If the mark is dull and stands out from the surrounding surface, it is an etch mark and must be refinished. If it is a dark stain, but the finish is not affected, then it is a stain.
