Arctic Chill 1 oz. and 2 oz. Double Sided Jigger, Make Perfectly Poured Cocktails In The Comfort Of Your Own Home

I have recently become a fan of Scotch. When my buddies and I are sipping on some good whisky, I want to be able to measure out an equal amount of booze for each of us. My modus operandi before was to simply fill up a shot glass & then pour out the shot into a glass. That method caused way too much spillage. This new jigger has fixed all the issues. I can easily measure out a one-ounce snort or a two-ounce slug of whisky & pour it into a glass with no spilled drops. Its inexpensive price and pleasing look only serve to increase the value of this fine jigger. I will not be without it in the future. Highly recommended.

Stylish jigger, goes well with my other bar tools. The jigger actually holds more than 1 ounce on the small side and two ounces on the large side. While there are markings on the inside that indicate 30 ml and 60 ml, I found them a little hard to see when I was pouring drinks during the party (granted the lighting wasn't great). You could get used to how much to fill it, or not care that much about precision. I still like using it but thought it was worth noting.

For a small piece of bar equipment, there is a lot to like here. Its sturdy construction means should allow it to outlive you. The brushed stainless steel material and clean design make it look great on your counter or bar. The measurement markings inside the jigger are embossed rather than printed, so they will never fade.In terms of function, I confirmed with a digital scale that it's measurement is accurate, and I also filled it and poured into a cup to make sure the shape didn't cause dribbles or any other annoying issues. It works like a champ.

I like the straight sides. My only complaint is that on the one-ounce side, you have to fill the vessel ALL the way to the top. This often means spillage. The two-ounce side has it right, though - it has a line indicating the measurement just below the lip.

I’m in the process of upgrading my camping gear and this was one of the items that needed replacing. As I don’t use glass when camping for some strange reason I can’t tell you how many plastic/polycarbonate shot glasses I’ve gone through. This arrived today and I love it, this is going to be the last shot glass I’ll ever need to buy, and my camping gear is now a little classier as well, which isn’t a bad thing, ha!

The measurement markings are hard to read, but its pretty easy to tell which end is which. Its a nice sleek design, and the ability to chill it first is a nice plus.

These really are beautiful and I was looking for something with a small narrow profile to live in our boat.DOWNSIDE, I guess I didn't read the description well enough, the internal ETCHINGS are in milliliters not ounces. That was not clear since it put the 30ml and 60ml in parentheses. It should have been written the other way with ounces in parentheses. A little deceiving. BUT, now you know.

A solid,good looking jigger. Sleek and cleans up easy, you cant beat it. Would buy again, however, I think this one will last forever.

Optisch ist dieses Barmaß wirklich ein Highlight, aber für den Preis leider nicht zu gebrauchen; die Maßeinheiten stimmen auf beiden Seiten nicht; auf der einen Seite passen keine 30 ml, auf der zweiten keine 60 ml (nur ca.48 ml) hinein. Die eingravierten Füllstriche fehlen leider bzw. sind nicht erkennbar, weshalb das Barmaß zurück geht.Schade!

Ja, das Barmaß ist stylich!Aber, und ich habe es nun sicherlich ausgiebig genutzt, es hat einen großen Nachteil.Beim Einfüllen sieht man, vorallem auf der Seite mit der größeren Menge, die Markierungen nicht mehr, oder nur knapp. Vielleicht liegt es auch immer an meinen Lichtverhältnissen - aber ich finde es sehr umständlich und würde beim nächsten mal wohl zu einem Barmass mit größerem Durchmesser greifen. Die Markierungen liegen einfach immer im eigenen Schatten des Gefäßes.Eine weitere Sache die mir aufgefallen ist, die Kanten sind eigenlich sehr scharf.Nicht das ich mich daran geshnitten hätte, aber ich habe immer das Gefühl, mit ein bisschen mehr Druck könnte es schnell weh tun ...Daher kann ich nur ein "Durchschnittlich" vergeben.

Ohje, statt 30/60ml hat der Messbecher randvoll ein Volumen von 27/47ml (mit Elektronikwaage gemessen). Ohne Oberflächenspannung und mit ein paar Millimeter Luft (um nichts zu verschütten) also eher ein 20/40ml Messbecher. Mann, mann, mann, es muss doch möglich sein, den zylindrischen Körper in der richtigen Höhe abzuschneiden. Ein schlechter Witz für 11€.

Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das kürzere Ende des Jiggers faßt 30ml und hat Füllstriche von 15 und 30ml, das andere faßt 60ml und hat Füllstriche von 20 und 40ml. Das Logo ist schön dezent, wenn es nicht direkt beleuchtet wird.Leider ist innen eine nicht ganz so ästhetische Naht zu sehen, sonst wäre das Design perfekt.

Er sieht nicht nur super klasse aus , er ist auch super zum abmessen für Cocktails (vor allem für penieble wie mich), da er Maßlinien hat was mein Hauptkriterium war . Da aus Edelstal bleibst er, wenn man ihn gut pflegt, auch immer steriel und rein.
