Ok So I am going to be completely honest with you.I feel like this product was made in someones house to make some money on the side.Your buying something that doesn't feel professionally built...Now I am not saying that's a bad thing. It does what it has to and it scratches my back. It has some weird wheel stuff at the bottom. I am still not sure exactly what its suppose to do but its basically held in there with a toothpick through it.....IM NOT KIDDING....its definitely a toothpick with the sharp ends cut off hahaAnyway its pretty cheap and you actually GET 2 of them with the order.Like I said its someones side project because both of them were cut different like the shape is not evenSo whatever, if your looking to buy a cheap backscratcher and not pay top dollar FOR A SIMPLE BACK SCRATCHER then I say go for this but beware it doesn't look too professional. If that doesn't bother you then GET IT

only one delivered. i have written through Amazon to the seller and he has promised to send me a second one, as the ad is for 2.it is as expected and does a good job of scratching that itch!

It is constructed well and seems quite durable. It is just the right length to reach everywhere you have an itch. The "massaging" rollers don't seem to be of much use. But then again I didn't buy a back scratcher to massage my back. You get a decent product for the price.

The backscratcher came as advertised. However, the claw (scratcher) I found to be too sharp, at times hurting as opposed to scratching my back....I'm going to sand the "scratcher" hoping to solve the problem!!!

I bought to replace my 2 backscratchers that disappeared! The only reason for a 4* rating is that the tips are a bit too rough....need to be smoothed outa bit for my comfort level.

I initially thought that there were 2 back scratchers that I was supposed to recieve. Please do not mislead shoppers Amazon.

One was smooth and does the job nicely. The other one looked like it was dug from the bottom of the barrel with pit marks on it. I don't think it will stand much pressure before it breaks in two.

This back-scratchier is worth the money and does its job while being very sturdy. If anyone is considering getting something to scratch his or her back I would recommend this product.
