Wonderful candle that makes the room smell so good. I also love the crackling sound.

I can't express enough how much I love this candle. The smell is amazing, the crackling of the wooden wick is so relaxing. I would purchase this again when or even before my current candle runs out. My favorite thing to do is, I light one end of the wick and watch it spreed across to the other side. Love this scent, love this candle! No regrets!

Wonderful candle

I received the candle with signs of wax scraping of some sort and a bent wick in the center. Looks as if someone scraped the wax but definitely doesn’t appear to be a brand new candle. Will be requesting a refund. It is a great smelling candle though and unfortunate to have to return

My favorite scent & love the wick.

I'm sure the candle was fine, but the package arrived with the glass broken. I screwed around and didn't send the package back... so my bad for that.

About ten years ago Yankee Candle had a light blue candle called ‘Willow Breeze’ which had a great fresh scent and a as one of my favourites until they stopped producing them here in UK.I have no idea what a Willow tree smells of but I was hoping that this WoodWick candle would be similar. I realise Yankee Candle own WoodWick now and my hopes we’re high.My hope were met, this is exactly the same scent of ‘Willow Breeze’ and it’s absolutely fantastic. Not sure how to deceive the scent? It’s a lovely fresh green scent. Not pine, more grassy is how I would put it. The fragrance fills my whole (tiny) flat without being heavy or cloying and would suit both male and females.I seem to have a bit of an, addiction to these Elipse Candle now as it’s my fifth in a couple of months. I can’t afford them. Still, I need my fix and I can’t get enough of them. This has been my favourite so far with Lemongrass and Lily coming a close second (another really strong, but nice, one. Especially if you live above a kebab shop or have a wet dog. Or no h. ) it’s a shame they don’t last as long but I find you only need to put them on for an hour and you can still smell it in the room two days later.Highly recommended.

Habe den Duft white willow moss ausprobiert, der wenn ich den Geruch versuche zu beschreiben eher blumig, etwas nach dumpfen Maiglöckchen duftet, nun nicht übel aber dennoch hatte ich mir unter Weidenmoos einen anderen Geruch erwartet. Muss aber fairerweise anmerken, dass ich nicht wirklich weiß, wie weißes Weidenmoos riecht. Also Geruch geht in Ordnung, riecht schon stark, nun aber nicht unangenehm aufdringlich. Beim ersten anzünden, war ich schon recht angetan von der knisternden, großen Flamme, hat mir gut gefallen. Auch die Aufmachung in diesem ellipsenförmigen Glas ist für das Auge sehr ansprechend. Was ich aber leider feststellen musste und mich auch dazu bewegt, dass ich mir wahrscheinlich diese Woodwick in Elippsenform nicht mehr kaufen werde, hat den Grund, dass sobald diese Duftkerze unter der Hälfte angekommen ist, brennt die Flamme nur mehr sehr klein und aus dem knistern ist ein lodern geworden, Flamme ist dann kaum mehr sichtbar. Finde auch, dass diese Woodwick recht schnell abbrennt, ist für den doch recht hohen Preis, nicht gar so positiv. Würde dann doch wieder zu den Yankee Candle oder wenn Woodwick, dann zur kleineren Variante mit 275 g, diese hat nicht so eine tolle, große Flamme aber dafür brennt sie recht zuverlässig bis zum Ende ab.

This package took a while to arrive which is understandable at this time. So when it finally came we were disappointed to find that it was in terrible condition. The candle itself looked as though it had melted at some point in transit, leaving a residue all along the inside edge, and a full warping of the wax. One corner of the glass vessel it’s contained in was chipped and cracked, along with the wooden wick. It was broken into little fragments along the length of the wick with little pieces of it embedded in the wax. It was intended as a housewarming gift, but there was no way to fix it enough to be presentable/usable. The cost to return this item was a little high and we have yet to receive any confirmation of receipt or refund. First time complaining about any Amazon purchase, and we are frequent customers.
