Fits perfectly; doesn’t work for a gauge
Duh, pay attention. In my 1983 K20 this sender pegs out my 0-60 oil pressure gauge. This part is for a low oil pressure light, not a gauge. Grrrr

A stable classic
Well made part. Works as intended, will likely last more than 20 years or more if it's like other senders. These senders are a little harder to break by accident than some of the other designs. The threads already having sealer is a nice touch.

It wasn't listed as a replacement for my Case 680E backhoe but is the same exact size and it works perfectly. Not sure why it lists 5V as operating voltage, the backhoe operates on 24V (but has a resistor in series). It's normally closed so (idiot light bulb will be on when turning ignition key to position 1, and once the oil pressure builds up the switch goes to open state and light bulb indicator turns off.

Reliability
