NRS HealthcareHeavy Duty Crutches - Pair

Not sure what went wrong but I was sent the bog standard double adjustable crutches rather than the heavy duty ones that require trimming to the correct height. I am sure it wasn't Amazon's fault as the plastic bag the crutches came in had the right item number on, it was just that the contents were not what they were supposed to be. I ended up getting the correct ones from elsewhere and am delighted with them. A lot of the reviews were negative because the crutches 'were too big and not adjustable'. Well that is because they need to be cut down. This can be achieved by simply sawing off the excess tube after measuring with the ferrule removed. Once the ferrule is replaced one can't tell they have been altered. The fact that there aren't any pins supporting the lower section makes it much stronger and of course so much quieter as there is no rattle. I also love the comfort handles which are much better than the standard ones. These are a good buy, providing you get the article that is in the picture and are able to use a hacksaw. I recommend them.

I dont think i read the details right as the only part which adjusted was the arm to the wrist I'm 5ft 3, but I'd have to be about 6 1/2 ft -7ft to use them.

These are the perfect height for me and I absolutely love them. They are perfect for me and I have no doubt they will last a good long time for me.

product looks fine but theere was a ferrules missing (Rubber tip on botton of one crutch). can you send me one please.If I do not get one I will write a bad review . so please and thankyou in advance.

These are exactly what I was after. I had a pair of adjustable crutches but they squeaked and didn't feel very solid.These have a very good comfy grip handle which is great to hold.The arm section is adjustable and the cuffs grip my forearms well.All you need to do is cut them to your needed length and away you go.These are great quality, solid crutches, so if that is what you are after then press that buy button.

too brittle; plastic cuffs, for me. one arrived snapped, then after re-supply one snapped within a week. nrs healthcare didn't offer any help what so ever, other than advising me to go through "amazon return goods"

Had no means of adjusting height so they we're returned to NRS ON 16th September. I am still waiting for a refund ! There was no mention that they were a fixed height in your advertisement. They seemed to be made for a person about 6ft tall. I am 5ft 8ins tall and they were about 4ins too long. Very disappointed.

This product is a complete waste of time and space, unless you happen to be the height that they are set at, as they are not height adjustable. Dont buy them

A la différence de la photo, n'est pas réglable donc inutile pour moi. De plus, est fait pour les personnes obèses, certes, mais les personnes fortes ne sont pas obligatoirement très grande.
