Women Casual Silk Chiffon Blouse Long Sleeve Solid Color V Neck Tunic Shirt

I was so looking forward to getting this blouse and wearing it to an upcoming wedding, however, when it arrived I knew there was something wrong. First of all, its a pullover. The flap where the buttons should be is deceiving....there are no buttons. I could barely pull it over my head. The bust, arms and across the belly are so tight. I ordered an X-Large which is my usual size, however, the tag on the inside of the shirt is marked 4X....what is that? In US sizes, I figure the blouse to be no more than a Small. It has got to one of those garments that are imported from China. I wish that were made known in the description.....I would have never ordered it. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it if I can find instructions on how to do so.
