Heavy duty. Great for sauce. Way too small for beans.

This has been one of the best indoor/outdoor cooking investments I have ever made. It does as well on a stovetop as it does on the grill, and clean up is incredibly easy.It IS a little small, but for hot sauces, it's perfect!

Quality must have been off because after a few or more uses the interior started to peel & we never use metal utensils on these type of pots. Had to throw it out.

The pot itself is satisfactory, the problem is in the size. I was expecting a pot that would hold at least a half gallon of beans. This will only hold two small cans with room to stir. Instead of cooking in it I use it to hold my recipies.

Fits in our small RV kitchen. Need to replace every 6 to 7 years

not cast iron as advertised, nonstick coating scratched even using plastic spoon.

Have been using Mr BBQ Bean Pots for many years! Always great quality and perfect when using the smoker. Put store brand bbq beans into pot, add molasses (and bbq sauce if wanted). Then leave in smoker for 5 hours while low and slow smoking meats. Give beans a stir with silicone spoon every hour or so. Pull when pulling the meat and cover with foil. Holds heat for quite awhile while meat rests. Ordered new one and immediately noticed it seemed lighter than current one that I have. Lined them up side by side and yup, the new one different in weight. Definitely lighter! Then notice that the inside of the pot is smaller than my current yellow label Mr BBQ Bean Pot! Then placed on table and noticed the new pot itself is significantly shorter than the usual yellow label version! Looked at the label and noticed that is also redesigned. See photos and you will see the shorter, lighter, smaller version received. Another example of putting the squeeze on consumers. If I had not been using their products for so many years, never would have known the difference. The shorter version does not hold the large can of beans like the usual yellow label does. To bad Mr BBQ is going cheap on current products!

Great for using on charcoal grill, using on stove or in the oven. No stick. Easy clean up. Fast service.
