The product is great. Although I was a bit skeptical about noise cancellation,it didn't disappoint me. The connection is fairly stable. I didn't notice any drops so far. The call quality is bad if noise cancellation is turned off. Also the the earbuds work independently. You can use any one at a time. Also it comes with a lot of eartips. So you don't have worry about comfort.

This is review after comparing them with air pods pro for 3 days. Sound quality is better certainly than air pods pro. but not by so much that you ignore air pods pro.u need sony software on phone to enable noise cancellation also is buggy. paused songs don't always resume perfectly.The areas it lacks is.1. can't connect to 2 devices at once. switching from laptop to phone for a call is a task. 25000+ all that manual work. Air pod are getting even smarter with ios14 release2. the only anchor point is the ear tip inside your ear. so not comfortable for long. also not stable.. the outside bit is huge and it wiggles.

One of the best pair of earbuds I ever owned ....... the bass , sound and noise cancellation is great !

Worth every penny ..Stylish design with gold accents.. Great build quality.. Above all the sound quality is just on another level. Game changer from the house of sony.

The battery life is too low

I've had these earbuds for two months now and have given them almost daily use. They're especially useful in the office space and in the gym. Here's a list of pros and cons based on my experience:Pros:- The sound quality is clear, the bass is great (although I've had to tweak this in the app).- The noise cancellation is fantastic; I've used these to play games on my pc and my girlfriend would have to scream at me to get my attention.- The battery life is impressive! I've left these in my backpack for over week and just constantly forgot to charge them at home while using them moderately at work for 1-2 hrs a day and they have not ever run out on me.Cons:- The ambiance mode is a bit iffy and useless for me, but I can see how others would like a bit of white noise.- The comfort level is not the greatest for long term use. After an hour of use, I definitely feel some ear fatigue. The rubber buds themselves are not that great in quality, and the device is a bit heavy on the ears. This can probably be eased a bit by buying better quality replacement buds.

It was everything that it said it would be. The sound quality is phenomenal and the ear tips fit in my ear just fine.While I was searching for new headphones, this and the AirPod pros were the two contenders. The way I made me decision was quite simple.Are you more a convenience type person, or a sound type person?The air pods obliterate these in terms of convenience (if you own an apple phone that is), as the syncing, turning on, everything about the eco system made it super easy and practical for day to day use. However, the Sony headphones obliterate the AirPods in sound, especially in bass and noise canceling.By no means are AirPods bad at noise cancelling, or the Sony headphones aren’t practical, but these are their respective strengths in my opinion. I made my choice because I wanted rich sound, and I got rich sound.

The media could not be loaded.  This arrived today and I was super excited about it because I’ve wanted them for so long and I’ve never spent this much on earpieces before. As I opened it I noticed that the case was scratched, and when I tried to use them after charging they wouldn’t work, because you need both ear pieces to be able to pair it to a device and the left piece is unresponsive when you take it out of the case and starts flickering when it’s in there (if it even connects.) I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed with this product, I was really excited about it too!😢 but apparently this is a really common problem with this model and they have a very high return rate because they never seem to work. Wish I could give this zero stars because I haven’t even been able to use them once! Will be returning and getting a different brand!
