This is the first "Infuser" bottle that we've tried and my first impression is that it's a very good water bottle, even without the fruit basket. It's a good size and shape. (WHY are there so many water bottles on the market that are so awkward to hold and that don't fit into any kind of cup holder or carrier?) The top is easy to use and it holds securely. It went into a backpack for a full-day trip and never leaked a drop.The idea of favoring water with real fruit is an appealing one. We know that most of the "fruit flavored" drinks available have way too much sugar and additives. With this system, you know exactly what's in there. So far, we've tried it with strawberries, kiwi, and orange and enjoyed the results in all three attempts. What surprised me is how much it tastes like REAL fruit. I know that all the fruit drinks now boast of being made with "real fruit" but if you read the fine print, it's "fruit concentrate." A lot is lost in the translation.Whether you add sweetener (and what kind and how much) is a matter of personal preference. If the fruit you're using is really ripe, it may be sweet enough without any help. It's also important to remember that different varieties of fruit have varying degrees of sweetness.Personal preference will also determine how long you need to "steep" the fruit before you start drinking. In our experience, you can start tasting the fruit flavor within several hours, but it takes 24 hours to get a strong flavor. When we left the fruit in for 2/3 days, it tasted (to us) even better. So our advice is to plan ahead and let the fruit soak as long as possible, If you're going to drink this everyday, you may want to consider picking up several bottles (at this price, you can afford to) and keeping a couple in the back of the fridge "ageing." Just a thought.***** I was given a free sample of this product in exchange for an honest review.**** Both the materials and workmanship are good. It's a very satisfactory water bottle. The fruit infusion function is easy to use and easy to clean and having the fruit flavor definitely makes drinking water more fun. Just allow for time to get the full flavor.

As far as fruit infusers go this one is a great option. It has a large capacity since most I see are maybe 20oz. The infuser is easy to pull apart and add fruit into and it simply screws right back together. Another feature that makes this bottle stand out to me is that the water has to flow past the fruit in order to get out which adds a bit more flavor (in my opinion). It is made of a sturdy plastic with what seems to be higher quality seals. Being such a large water bottle it holds a bunch of fruit too.Overall: I really like this bottle and the price is very competitive for what it is.Just my thoughts,AKFull disclosure this was sent to me at a reduced price specifically to review. That said I have reviewed it as though I paid full price for it.

I can't wait to pack this baby with fruit and take it to work. I'll constantly be refilling it at the water cooler. Great way to hydrate and cut down on caffeine! It's a generous size but built so that you can securely get a grip on it. The picture doesn't do it justice. I promise you will really enjoy using this bottle!
