It's definitely waterproof!
I've had this a while now but today is the first time its waterproof qualities have been tested. It passed! Just to be clear, I'm no teenager and I take it on rambles. Gorgeous designs (I've got two), often admired.

Good quality bag
Bought for my teenage son. He loves the design, it's big enough for all the stuff he has to lug around. He can fit A4 exercise books and PE kit in it. Lots of handy pockets which makes it easier to get him organised and harder to lose things

Nice color and finish.
It is not top high street product but sturdy enough for your daily kids travel to school. Daughter has it for 3 months and there is still no damages, worn & torn marks, color is not faded. Tha bag is quite specious inside, it was washed in washing machine on dedicates program two times without problems.

Backpack
Pockets on the side are a little tight. So can be difficult to get a drink bottle in. Apart from that a brilliant backpack. The design and colours are amazing!

Lovely bag but terrible strap material choice
Pros:Kid loves the colour and the bag is generally well made. Lots of internal pockets. The main bag material seems durable. All of which, make the cons so annoying.Cons:The straps are too smooth and the ladder buckles too flimsy. The straps are made of smooth webbing, like the kind used for car seatbelts, instead of the bumpy type normally seen on adjustable nylon straps. As a result, the straps slowly slip through the ladder buckles and need constant tightening. The ladder buckles are not heavy duty enough, and break easily when trying to tighten the straps. The plastic is so thin. Did anybody making/designing these bags think to spend 10mins actually trying to use it?I've had this replaced twice after buckles breaking in exactly the same way. I would have got a different bag straight away had the kid not wanted to keep it so badly. But the buckle broke on the new one this morning, so will be getting something with conventional straps instead.
