Update: 2023This will be the third year we have had our fountain and it continues to work perfectly. Each Smmer I look forward to bringing it outside and enjoying it.Original Review 2020We just rec'd our fountain. Set up took only a few minutes. The sound is soothing. Loud enough I can hear it from 8-10 feet away but not so loud it is disruptive. The colors of blend in well with our surroundings. So far no leaks, no problems with water flow. The lights did come on but since it is daylight they do not show. I am anxious to see how it looks at night.The only negative: it was packed with a large amount of styrofoam and was a challenge to get it out of the box. The packing, however, did protect the fountain during shipping.

This is a fun fountain. Very easy to assemble. Make sure you find your final placement you want it in before you fill it with water as it'll be a bit heavy to move. Easiest to fill with water from the front bottom bowl (rather than the back side). I added a few small rocks as well for additional dimension. I wish the fountain was more copper in color, rather than gray. Love the lights. When it's hot outside, be sure to check the water level from the back little door as water will evaporate more quickly - found that I could just spray water from my hose in front bottom bowl daily when I was watering flowers. Periodically I would add a teaspoon of bleach to a gallon of water to keep the water cleaner. I did see small birds drinking from the fountain. I left fountain plugged in all summer and had no problems. Just cleaned it today (Sept. 16) and I found a few odd pieces when dumping the water - shown on the paper towel. I think these are just the pieces that were punched out in manufacturing for the various holes. I hope so anyway.

This fountain looks wonderful! It was very easy to assemble and set up quickly. I love the lights at night they add a warm glow, you do need two outlets to plug in to, one for the fountain pump and one for the lights. It holds enough water that it won't run dry quickly. The sound it makes is soothing and soft, they have small mesh pads inside each bowl located where the water lands into each bowl preventing excessive splashing. I wanted to be sure to get a fountain that didn't sound like someone in the bathroom ( you know what I mean), and this one definitely fits that requirement with a soft pouring sound.

Bought this for my sister, looks beautiful on her deck surrounded by plants. Especially love it at night. Her mastiff’s drank out of it in the summer and left their drools in it and she let it run out of water often but it still kept working, so I’d say it’s pretty tough. Looks like real stone.

Received my fountain on time only to discover that it had a pretty significant crack in the side. The seller quickly responded to my return request. I sent photos of damage and they promptly issued a replacement which I received within a week. Love the replacement and looks wonderful in the space that we have placed it :-)Thank you for great service!

I bought this fountain a little over a year ago and should have honestly returned it when I received it. It came and had a hairline crack and a hole in the bottom pot that was causing leakage of water. This was not from poor shipping, as it was encased in styrofoam and the box arrived undamaged. Purely poor construction from the start. I contacted the company and they offered me a petty $20 refund. I had already thrown away the shipping box and styrofoam and I am pretty handy, so I used JB weld to seal the crack and took the partial refund, which I really regret. This worked for about 2 months before it started leaking in other areas. Each time I put a small amount of JB weld on the area to fix. Also, the spouts on the pots were very uneven which caused water to not be a smooth stream coming out and splash everywhere requiring it to be refilled every few days even in 50 degree fall weather. Even tried a different slightly higher flow pump to see if maybe more water would improve the stream. It did not.I finally said enough is enough and got my dremel and smoothed out the channels in the spouts getting rid of the slag portions of resin and making it a even surface. I also had to add in little 1" half cuts of rubber tubing to smooth water flow. This helped a bunch. On the bottom spot I had a real problem with drip splashing, so I attached a small black tube to allow the drips to flow into basin without splashing. Was all a real pain and took longer than I'd like to admit to get it even in a functional state where it wouldn't run out of water in 1-2 days.The paint on the outside of the waterfall faded away after about 6 months and was cheap. So it pretty much looks like Swiss cheese between the JB weld patches, tube chunks, and everything else I've had to do in order to keep the waterfall flowing properly. See pics.I contacted the vendor and despite my initial reports of these problems I had been dealing with over the year said they already gave me $20 and that it's over a year now so I'm out of luck. I will have to probably repaint this at some point to make it look even remotely acceptable. Paid over $200 for it and for that price should have received a fountain of much better quality. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again. Definitely other cheaper and better quality fountains out there.

Super easy to assemble. Very peaceful pouring water sound— the pump isn’t too loud and the lights at night are great. I did have to find a power strip to plug it into— the pump and lights are on separate plugs and they don’t fit together in a regular outdoor plug. It’s not a problem though. Everyone who comes in our backyard comments on how cool it is.
