Mixed feelings about this diffuser. For some reason, I had it in my head that the dark parts were metal (totally my fault, because that isn’t stated anywhere), but they are actually faux wood-grain plastic. That being said, I think it’s a pretty attractive looking diffuser. I enjoy how the mist spills over the little ruffles on top, and it puts out a reasonable amount of scent for it’s size (don’t expect it to fill a medium-large room).It does only have a usb charger, but at the time of purchase that was made clear in the description, so I have no problem with that. However, I do wish the cord was longer. It is QUITE short. For reference, it barely reaches the extension cord right under my nightstand, and definitely would NOT have reached where the actual outlet is. I would invest in a longer usb to micro usb cord.Some issues I have with this diffuser: The top is a little tricky, and has to be lined up just right to lock into place. Also, although I appreciate the auto shut off feature (pretty standard, but still nice to have), I feel like there is a LOT of water left in the reservoir after it shuts itself off. Way more than any of my other diffusers! In my other diffusers, there’s a few drops to maybe a 1/2 teaspoon (~2 ml) of water left before it shuts off. With this one, there’s consistently over 1/8 cup (~30 ml) left in the tank. Since you’re not supposed to leave water in the tank when not in use, I have to empty it out every time, whereas with my others, I can just gently dab the excess water with a towel. Also, it spits quite a bit of water out of the top, and creates a ton of condensation on the top and slightly around it. I haven’t had any spitting issues with any other of my diffusers, so this is also pretty annoying. I’m not sure if I received a defective model, or if this is just how this model works, but if it the above problems were fixed, it would be a 5 star from me for sure!

This diffuser/vaporizer works very good. And I could give it 5 stars but the connection it's incomplete. And you will need to buy a connection head separately. Because you will not want to connect it to your lop top.

I ended up throwing mine out after a couple weeks. It worked but was impossible to clean. After a while the top (which has to be removed to refill) stuck. I'm not much for air scenting, other than some incense, and this soured me on the very idea. Maybe I was just doing it wrong. Not worth asking for a refund and if they offered a free replacement I wouldn't accept it.

The smoke came out almost like a water fall . It has a really chill light factor which is perfect for a night light. It turns off automatically when it is out of water so there is no burn hazard. The only cons are it is difficult to twist the cap off to refill and if turned incorrectly the base will tear and water will leak from the bottom, and that it has to always be plugged in in order to work so moving it about with out it being stationary is pretty tricky.

I bought this for my wife as she likes to have a diffuser in all the bedrooms. She absolutely loved it. It looks really cool when it is on almost like a little volcano. Makes a room smell great

Only used a couple times, but dont recommend , because it's not convenient to use, but looks pretty.

Brought as a gift and the recipient loves it. She uses it at her office and has already purchase one or two for her coworkers.

It is more beautiful than the photos show. This is a very good quality. What surprised me was the vividness of the colors. I was worried before I bought this product that it might not look like a photo. However, I am very happy to see that it is more cute and relaxed than I expected. It seems I will have to order one of them again. It's easy to put together and is well packaged for shipment. It has a good steam/甩头eam flow, so I can smell the essential oil within a few seconds. There is no "cheap" about this item
