My sister specifically requested this cookbook for Christmas. She loves it, and uses it weekly! If she is happy then I am happy.

good recipes for a quick dinner

Unfortunately I'm a little dissapointed with this book. I bought it because I LOVE Sandra Lee and I was looking for a book that could give me new ideas for fast week night dinners for my family. It seemed like the perfect fit, but I just went through it looking for something to make for dinner today and I just didn't find many recipes that I would make...and noon that I want to make for tonight. Also, not very many of them looked like they were "fast fix dishes". I love that the book has such nice pictures of the dishes and I did find a few things I might try, but all in all I'm dissapointed because I was not overwhelmed with new ideas. I will definitely try more of Sandra's books and recipes, but probably not much from this particular book.

I was very disappointed. I do much better when I just occasionally happen to watch her program. Many times the brands mentioned, or the ingredients that make the recipes seem homemade are unavailable. I would not buy another of her cookbooks.

I loved the cookbook. It was exactly what I was looking for in a cookbook. It was well worth the price and was shipped in days of placing my order.

Felt like the cookbook was a plug for brand names.
