These are nice...
I like 'em. They fit well, are very comfortable, and aren't so heavy that you can only wear them in extreme cold, which it rarely gets around my neck of the woods. I pronounce them keepers. A little pricey at full price but if I can catch them on sale, like I did with these, I will likely get them in the other two colors as well. You just have to keep an eye out for the deals.

Very warm
Starved their purpose in 0 degree weather. Would buy again!

Great long johns at a reasonable price
My teenage son is happy with his soft, wool-blend long johns. He wears them for long camping trips and stays toasty warm and dry. I’ve spent twice as much on high-end brands of long underwear, but these work just the same, and he thinks they’re super comfortable. I also like that they can be machine washed and dried.

Good product , very comfy
Very comfortable to wear, I’d say they are mildly effective, I use them at work because my legs get cold and it is uncomfortable. These help. I wouldn’t consider them for extreme colds

Warm!
My son was impressed with these on his fishing trip north.

Light weight yet warm
Ordered both these bottoms and the matching top from this seller. They seemed thinner than I expected when removed from the package but my husband said they kept him warm, but not sweaty, when he wore them to shovel snow.

Good
Says mid weight but more of a light weight. Seems to fit a little tight in the crotch area around your legs.

Very impressed
5’10, 165lbsI ordered a small and medium due to fitting within the smedium size. I typically wear a medium in Carhartt products and decided to just try them both out to see which one fit better. The small fits well with only one tight spot around the waist band. It’s not enough to cause any issue while carrying a pack during hunting season. The medium also fit well just a little looser. If you properly layer you clothes these work great! If you plan to do activities that cause sweating or getting wet these still work well but there are better options. I typically wear the classic full polyester base layer when I know I’ll be moving a lot, out in the rain, or moving through bodies of water. Being 81/19 polyester/wool blend it’s dries way faster than straight wool. If you’re looking for a good thermal these will do the trick. Reading other comments I’d stress this is just a base layer that needs additional layers to stay properly warm (wearing them alone will not keep you warm).

Great quality, comfortable
Living in Canada, be it for the cold, under my work pants, knee pads or even motorcycle pants, I wear base layers more than half the year! I'm very pleased by those, always looking for a better, still have not found my ideal, this one is promising, time will tell!

Nice
Good baselayer working construction in Toronto. Not going to keep you entirely warm but you should be wearing layers on really cold days and this acts as a perfect baselayer. Was really happy with mine so I asked for two more pairs for Christmas.

Nice product
Although I thought they would be a little too light duty, they performed well during our last bought of could weather.

Great but signs of wear after 3 uses
I really like the fit and feel of these base layer pants. They kept me warm in -16 weather but are starting to show signs of wear already after just 3 uses. Also, there was a tag on it showing the price as $49.99 yet Amazon price is $60.99.
