The knife I received matches the picture and not the description. It is not a folding knife. It is a small fixed blade cleaver type knife. It comes very well packaged and it impressive to look at. Both the sheath and knife have holes so you can run the chain or cord through them. The handle has real wood inlays. The sheath is made of thick leather and is stiff. It will have to be broken in a little. When I put the knife in it, it was tough to get the leather tab closed around the knife. I'm sure this will loosen up with a little use. I’ve seen several other neck knives at much higher price points. This one is shaped like a meat cleaver (very cool). Slides in and out of the sheath easily (once you are used to it). Made of strong steal with a real wood handle. I really like the clasp in leu of a snap. Highly recommended for those that what a “little” extra protection or an easy to carry box cutter.
