Nokta Makro Simplex+ Waterproof Detector with 11" Coil and Pinpointer

This is a great starter kit to get up and swinging. The Simplex+ is easy to setup and works amazingly well for the price point. I have found it does very well at distinguishing junk from good metals. It does have its limits at deep signals (greater than 8 inches) but up to that point its as good as it needs to be. I have found tons of stuff just in my backyard (2 acres). I even found a ring my wife lost over a year ago and several dozen mowing sessions. It was unharmed. Great beginners kit.

I absolutely love this detector, I've been a big minelab guy for years I have the Nox800 but I didn't want to spend that much on a detector for my 11yo son because I wasn't sure he would use it, but he loves this machine and I have to say it go's as deep as my Equinox800, I have over 200 hours on it myself and I'm really considering buying the Nokta Makro Anfibio for myself I have a feeling it would blow my Equinox 800 out of the water seems how the Simplex+ is pretty close to equal to the nox800 at a quarter of the price.

Read the instructions, watched a few how-to videos, and hit the outdoors. So far it's as easy as advertised.

Well worth the money, excellent sensitivity, easy to use, definitely a learning curve to dig what you want. When fully extended there is a bit of a wobble but it doesn't affect the performance of the machine

Just received order today and since I have read the other reviews , I decided to look at at prior to Christmas . Thank you reviewers ! It was a USED item. Box was previously opened and everything was thrown back in as if it was previously returned. Can speak for quality of product but this vendor sucks . They had to know it was returned and opened

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this metal detector and paid a little more then $400, it said it was brand new I was excited I heard it was a good metal detector. Im pretty experienced with them I’ve bought a few over the past few years. I got it pretty quick, set-up was easy, I charged it and was ready to go UNTIL I unplugged it. The device would NOT turn on unless it was on the charger. I returned it and bought another one shipping says a little over a week until it arrives so I’m not very happy at all Definitely would’ve been nice to at least get offered quicker delivery or discount for inconvenience. And hopefully the New “NEW” one won’t disappoint and I’ll be sure to do a new review after I get it and use it.
