Australian Emu Oil - Pure Emu Oil (2 oz)

The oil itself is wonderful. No smell. Nice texture. Goes on smooth. Just a warning, though: A little goes a long way. However, I do have a problem with the bottle. It leaks, like the oil's seeping out from every nook and cranny. The oil gets all over the cap, some down the sides, and this leaves a ring on whatever surface I rest the bottle on. It would be much better if the bottle had a dropper top in order to control the oil.

After much "reading", and against my feelings for animals, I tried the Emu Oil. I have very dry skin and hoped this would be a "solution". It's effective...but not as much as I had hoped and doesn't seem to work any better than a bunch of other things (bought in the drug stores) work. Perhaps I haven't had it long enough (several weeks), or used it often enough (once a day), but so far am not overly impressed. But everyone's skin is different and perhaps it will be worth the money for someone else. It is certainly not objectionable.

First bought Emu oil when I was hit with fibromyalgia.. it was recommended as massage oil to help relieve muscle pain. I found that it also could be used on my face, very dry and chapped hands and lips in the winter, dry and cracked feet in the summer. I also had some sort of allergic reaction with hives breaking out all over my chest, which left dry and itchy patches that took forever to help on my chest.. the emu oil cleared this up quickly. Love this stuff.

I brought this product mainly for my hair because of hair thinning, but I also use it on my skin. Since using this product, I have noticed my hair and skin looks better. My skin is very soft and people have commented that my skin has a healthy glow. Also, my hair looks a little more thicker now.
