It was easy to install.

Item was packaged in official Schlage cardboard packaging, no plastic to deal with. Typical high quality associated with Schlage. Easy to install. Latch plate on door side has a radius in all for corners instead of having square corners, which is different from the old brass passage set that was being replaced.

Nice knob and perfect solution for connecting rooms with different decor
I was looking for a two-tone door knob because the bedroom side of my door had brass accents and my bathroom was chrome. This was the perfect solution and just what I was looking for.

Poor quality
Quality is bad, bad, bad. Thin metal. Ring next to door had crimps and wrinkles in it. Knob was returned.
