Perfect for Baking!
There's not much to say, as it's a ruler. The measurements run to the edge which is helpful when baking. Right after I received it, I tossed it in the dishwasher before putting it away. Came out great! Nice extra long size for baking as well.

Couldn't ask for better
This is made from stainless steel, making it heavy and durable. Of course, the first thing I checked was it's straight edge and easily passed that test. The imperial and metric markings are accurate and easy to read. Finally, the extra four inches makes it much better than a twelve-inch ruler.

Good ruler. Its blessings are its curses.
The one thing you like about a straight edge is that it's a straight edge. This one indeed is straight, to the point that it cut me when I was drying it after washing. Maybe as someone else recommended, a little sanding/filing and polishing the edge might help — if you don't need a perfectly sharp edge.
