I'm 6 foot and had to add an inch to these by being mechanically creative. Otherwise, very good quality and value for the $.

This is by far the most comfortable cane. Easy on the wrist and hand. This is my second cane, and I will purchase again when the cane becomes worn from rattling around on the farm machinery.

So thankful I found this cane! Before my hand, wrist & shoulder hurt so bad they would wake me from sound sleep. My hand fits right into the Orthopedic handle allowing the pressure to be dispersed over my entire hand. The folding feature is great as well. Before my cane was always in the way when trying to push the grocery carts or go out to eat for instance. Now I can just fold it up and play sit next to me or right in the grocery cart next to my purse. Another wonderful feature is that these canes come both right and left handed. I would definitely recommend this cane! The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes it's difficult to get the cane pulled apart to fold up.

The media could not be loaded.  I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which basically means all of my joints suck. Other canes hurt my hands and unstable wrists too much. This palm grip is definitely the way to go if you have hand/wrist pain.There is a ridge under the handle helps it hang without falling and as a bonus, I was able to flip the cane and use the handle under my foot to help me move my leg after my total knee replacement.I gave my cane an appropriate makeover

The height selection is a must, the handle is comfort grip, and the folding was Optimal in airplane travel!

For the price, a very good product. I purchased this cane as a "travel companion" for, inter alia, airline trips. The fold-up feature makes it perfect for tucking it into carry-on baggage after use getting to one,s seat. It seems quite sturdy. The rather coarse surface of the handle itself, while not at al abrasive, is not smooth to the touch. This is less a fault than simply a characteristic . Thus, four stars.

This cane easily provides the best support when you can use your whole palm for stabilization. Stabilize the hand and not the cane tip for optimum stability. I fly often, when the flight attendant asks to take my cane for storage I simply fold it up and stick it in my brief case. It is always available when needed. Left handers need a separate cane for lefties.

Works great, Hand grip is very comfortable. Wish it could be used in either hand, but it is worth giving that up for the comfortable grip. Also would like it to collapse smaller/be lighter, but I don't think that's really realistic - I want it to be like Mary Poppin's bag, infinitely large inside, not too big outside. :-D Very happy with it overall.
