Brought it for my parents, totally worth it, just in case if you've healthy parents go for larger belt.. coldwrap it also good it needs 1-2 hr to get frozen and works about 15 min as per the room temperature.

Heat strap stopped working within 7 days. Non returnable item - so Amazon doesn’t take return after 5 days.

Doesn't heat up as expected!
The heat wrap doesn't heat up as expected. Its way less then what to expect to apply for a heat therapy even at max heat temperature. Also the product is non returnable, so your money is just wasted.Total waste.
