The amount of salt and pepper that goes into the grinders is very little and doesn’t last long. The pepper grinder stopped working. It grinds, but you can no longer control fine or coarse. Literally only grinds super fine. :/

I was a little nervous to buy this because a lot of people were complaining about how small the salt/pepper compartments were. For reference, we have the Trader Joe’s standard salt and pepper grinders and these fit a little more than 1/3 of the bottle in them (we probably could’ve fit more but I didn’t want to overfill them). It’s certainly not a ton, but even as people who cook daily, a third of a bottle should last awhile.I will update on the sturdiness if we have issues since we just received them, but so far it’s an attractive and useful set!

Loved the style but one grinder was totally crooked and didn’t stand straight. Back it went on the UPS truck to the amazon place.

I love the look of them, they are great to use but the area that keeps the salt/pepper is in is really small, feels like i have to refill it often.

They look great and grind really well. The place to put salt and pepper is a little small.

I really liked the aesthetic of these and wanted to love them but, alas, they've been relegated to the back of the cupboard. The black paint on the pepper grinder has chipped badly and they hold such a small amount of salt rocks and peppercorns, they need to be refilled constantly. The pepper grind is also very fine however it's adjusted. Good for a table setting where they are not used often but they don't cut it for everyday use.

They work well and are not overbearing like some grinders. Easy to fill, easy to clean and look great on the dinner table.

The grinder for the pepper work great, the one for the salt the top is always loosing and the salt is always falling from the bottom. They are pretty and usable but i will eventually buy another set elsewhere.

Unless you tighten the top on to the point it doesn't turn it'll continue to come loose every time you use it.So they look good and work good if you're ok with tightening them back together after every use...The quality definitely isn't there for the money though..
