I received the wrong bag but they immediately corrected it and sent me the right one with the right embroidery! I realllllyyyy LOVE the bag and it's the perfect size and it is made of great quality material!They also wanted me to keep the wrong bag they sent me, very generous!Thank you!!!

The bag itself is beautiful , however the " personalized name is horrible the stitching looks like it will most likely come off soon, They also left extra stitching at the end of the name that i cut off because it looked bad.
