Easy to use and swallow. Since taking I have felt a little more energetic and have some mental clarity. I like that these capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. My husband really hates taking these as he finds them very difficult to swallow and has gagged on them several times. I have attached a photo for comparision, the capsule on the right is the Lion's mane; it is longer and wider than your average capsule. My husband has been taking these for about 3.5 weeks, however he has not noticed any benefit as yet, its likely that you need to be taking these for longer than a month to feel any benefits. Supplements are generally expensive and these are probably of an average price for this type of supplement.

This is a good mix of 3 mushrooms - Lions Mane, Shiitake and ReishiWith a daily serving of 2 capsules each pack will provide a one month supply and whilst the pricing is affordable, you are still getting quite low dosages of the mushrooms.They also don't specify how these are extracted. Usually dual extracted mushrooms provide the most amount of nutrients. They do say they are doing third party testing which is good but I think there are lots of more potent mushroom supplement options depending on your needs.

At the time of writing my review they are selling for £9.90 which seems comparable to other products but I still think this is quite expensive for just one months supply.The tablets are quite large but seemed easy to swallow. They are a clear gelatine capsule enabling you to see their contents which I would describe as brown coloured powder, similar to Cinnamon in appearance.Although I've been taking Lion's Mane Complex for the past 2 months made by another manufacturer I have yet to notice any health benefits. Hopefully I will notice something when I take these ones.As with any supplements, more often than not, only a blood test will reveal if they have any effects on your health but I remain hopeful for that 'eureka' moment!

There are a selection of logos but no real proof of this.3 months supply, and yet it's 60 capsules, the data is for one, though it says up to 2 capsules on the packet and 3 on the advert, so it's either 2 months or more probably one or just 20 days!However it IS an interesting blend adding Shitake and Reihsi to the mixBasically check the photos for actual contents and if happy, go ahead, however I can't recommend on the basis of a mixed Amazon advert.
