I just received this board, and I'm super impressed. It's beautiful, feels solid, good quality, flawless surface, and the perfect size. I found a lot of great boards here for about $20, but most measure 12 x 18, which is a great size, one I would want but for my limited counter space. I bought the John Boss oil and treated the board right away. I expect it will perform well when I used it; otherwise, I'll be back!

This is a great cutting board. It's the perfect size for chopping vegetables and such for supper prep. I didn't know anything about putting mineral oil on it until I received it and read on an enclosed note under product care that mineral oil should be applied every day for the first so many days and then whenever it is dry after that certain time period has passed. I didn't have the oil and didn't end up buying any, but the board looks just fine.

I was very excited to receive this cutting board. It works great and looks wonderful, but it scratches easily. Every time I chop a vegetable or anything it leaves scratch marks all over. Also, when I wash it with my brush it lifts up a tiny bit of the wood. Otherwise it works great.

I really like this cutting board, especially for the price! It's perfect size for preparing all my juicy vegetables & catching the juice in groove. Might buy another one & get rid of all my other cutting boards completely!

I had an amazing wood cutting board for over ten years. A rude houseguest ruined it by putting it in a pit of water overnight "to let it soak". This one is very nice, but I'm not sure it'll last 10 years+. I'm very happy with it though.

Great quality cutting board. Sadly, I dropped it after several uses and the handle broke. Product still works fine, but no longer has a handle (it's just broken now). Guessing it just hit the floor "right," but I question the quality as a result.

This board is thick enough that I don't bust my knuckles on the down swing of the knife. This board is larger than my old board, consequently it has more groove to catch the juices - no more overflow!! It's large enough to handle a big pile of veggies for soups, yet it's small enough to store comfortably.

Been wanting a bamboo cutting board and couldn't pass up the lightening deal price. Very happy with the size. Great for cutting veggies, iceberg lettuce, you could filet chicken on it but cutting a steak, London broil, ham or such is pushing it.
