Superb book, especially for Westerners living in Asia
This is an absolutely brilliant book for those who want quick meals in the time that it says.I live in Taiwan and most Western cookbooks include ingredients that aren't available, this book includes easily available ingredients and I'd recommend it for anyone living in Asia and are stuck for ideas.
