Australian Gold light tint sunscreen.
The best sunscreen I have ever used and was recommended by the National Eczema Society. The formula is buttery soft immediately sinking into the skin with a wonderful matte finish. I chose the light tint for my pale Celtic skin and it is the perfect "foundation" I only need. At an SPF 50, what a bargain! There is no greasy feel, no ghost like appearance, no eye irritation, and NO acne, just a great base for my sensitive complexion. Abit of mascara and SPF lip tint and off I go! Makes getting ready in the mornings so easy! :) Thank you Australian Gold for getting an SPF formula right!!

Dry skin folks, please don't be afraid to try.
I have dry, dehydrated, sensitive skin. Chemical sunscreens irritate me and physical formulas with high zinc concentrations suck the ever-loving-life out of my skin (zinc has strong astringent properties). Without fail, I will look like the crypt keeper by the end of the day with flakes galore... and it doesn't matter how moisturizing the formula may be otherwise. The higher the zinc, the drier my skin. So it's been a struggle for me to find the right fit with mineral sunscreens. This one will now be in my regular rotation.1. It has a sufficient, but low zinc content (4%) with the addition of the much more forgiving titanium dioxide (also 4%).2. Zero white cast. Period.3. There are 3 tints to choose from (I wear the fair-to-light, as I'm quite pale). My only wish is that the undertone was less cool/pink. This is always a problem for me, as my skin's undertone is yellow (and no one seems to care about us bananas).4. No shine! Thank the heavens... I was so tired of looking like a mirror ball after dutifully applying my SPF. And that brings us to the "dry" issue that some people have pointed out. This formula has a true matte finish (not like the others you've tried that claim to be matte and are still dewy... this one is matte for dayyyys). While this product may have a dry touch formulation, it is not DRYING. As in, it is not going to actually dehydrate your skin. Shea butter is the 2nd (inactive) ingredient. The formula also contains vitamin B5, vitamin E, and squalane. I have zero issues with this product drying out my already desert-like skin. Just be sure to moisturize first, which you should be doing anyway. However, if your skin does not tolerate silicones (which actually help prevent TEWL, by the way), you may not care for this product.5. It's truly sweat and water resistant! Like, this stuff is not budging until you tell it to scram. And you'll need to double cleanse to remove it, which again, everyone should be doing anyway. I like to jog outside in the sun. I will have beads of perspiration pouring down my face. This sunscreen is totally unfazed. It never runs, gets greasy, or moves in the slightest. It also doesn't get into your eyes and cause stinging.6. I love that this is SPF 50 (until now, I had only found the formulations of SPF 30 to be bearable).7. It is cosmetically elegant... lightweight, silky, smooth... not sticky, tacky, or greasy AT ALL.8. It's affordable! Hallelujah!!Aside from the pink undertone that I don't love, there is one other con. Eucalyptus extract is a known skin sensitizer... one of the worst offenders, actually. It doesn't irritate me, but it surely will be an irritant for some. I'm not sure what purpose it's serving here, except for AG being able to call the product "botanical." I'd love to see them nix it altogether and add something more soothing and tolerable for all skin types. How about aloe? It's botanical and almost universally tolerated.Lastly, I have not yet tried this product under foundation, as I don't tend to wear it regularly. But it is important that it plays well with my make up when I do wear it. So I'll have to test it out. I've seen mixed reviews on that. Some love it under make up, some find that it fails as a base. I'd love to hear more opinions in that respect.

Great for oily skin.
Cheap, excellent protection and coverage, several shades, easy to find in any pharmacy, great value for the price. Large quantity. Best for oily skin as it is matte. Long duration.

VERY IMPRESSED!
I did a lot of research trying to find a good tinted mineral sunscreen for sensitive/rosacea prone skin and came across this one. Let me tell you I am SO GLAD I PURCHASED THIS. It feels amazing on the skin. Not one bit of irritation at all. Feels so hydrating and the finish looks amazing!!! Also, the tube was bigger than I was expecting. Might need to rub it in a little bit but I’m telling you this is god tier tinted sunscreen!!! My skin looks like it has a blur filter on it. Not greasy AT ALL!!! Definitely going to become my everyday sunscreen. So impressed!

Best mineral tinted sunscreen I’ve ever tried!
Guys!!! This sunscreen is AMAZING!!! If you have oily skin and need a tinted MINERAL (they usually are more greasy than chemical sunscreens), this one is perfect. It dries down so matte and stays that way on my days off that I do errands, I haven’t used it for heavier activities or exercising so idk if it holds up matte throughout but this sunscreen is perfect for a “light” makeup look because the tint is just enough to make it look like I have a matte foundation on. It is very thick and can feel caked but apply it in layers and when moistured. Only thing is there’s only three shades.. the light is passable on me but for lighter complexion maybe not :( I’m a light neutral beige for reference. The fact that it’s mineral, spf 50, tinted, very matte, and only $16 is PERFECT. La Roche Posay tinted mineral is good but way too expensive and the finish of AG is way better.

It’s Make-up with SPF
I bought this as I was looking for a sunscreen with mineral filters that would go on without a white cast. I liked that there were three shades available instead of a universal tint. Before I state my pros and cons, if there’s one thing you need to know before purchasing this product, it’s that THIS IS NOT A SUNSCREEN WITH THE ADDED BENEFIT OF A SHEER TINT TO OFF SET THE WHITE CAST. THIS IS A LIGHTWEIGHT BUT BUILDABLE COMPLEXION MAKE-UP WITH THE ADDED BENEFIT OF SPF. Pros: The product went on smooth and creamy with a tint that blended well with my skin tone; it had a pleasant scent without being overbearing; the ingredients list looked good. Cons: The water resistant claim is suspect as sweating broke the product up on my skin; this is not a color fast tint formula and the sunscreen will stain any fabric that comes into contact; while lightweight on first application, the product layers on very thick on reapplications and the tint builds and becomes more pigmented; there was some oxidation as throughout the day it becomes slightly more orange.I’m disappointed it didn’t work for me. I’m an active person who sweats a lot and travels place to place on bike, so this is not a sport friendly sunscreen. That’s not to say it’s a bad product. It has elegant formulation would really work as an affordable alternative to liquid foundation if you wear make-up. The SPF 50 is pretty high compared to many liquid foundations, CC creams, and tinted moisturizers which usually have an SPF range of 15-35 so that’s a plus. Ultimately, I think Australian Gold has a good product but they really need to distinguish this more as a Beauty product with SPF rather than advertise it as an everyday sunscreen with tint.
