bought for my sons 18th birthday to go with fossil wristband he got for his 16th. he put iton immediately and is very happy with it

When I put the necklace on it was abit lose one of then black beads. I had it on for abit and it fell off my neck one of the black thing in necklace came off its very bad quality. Please can I return this I have bought alot of products from AMAZON this is the worest one.
