This thing is straight sorcery. This is man's greatest invention, with the digital computer being a close second. I have something like Thor's hammer in my kitchen. I dunno what NASA or whoever did to this metal, probably forged from a dying star or something, but this was hands down my favorite purchase of 2022.In all seriousness, most brick-hard frozen meat is completely thawed within like a couple hours. These guys and the YETI company have figured out how to negate the laws of thermodynamics in the face of all that is sacred. Big fan, if you couldn't tell.

Saw this on a Tik Tok video and was like "huh"? I often work late and don't know what I want for dinner until I get home, so this is a Godsend! Just lay the raw meat or seafood on the plank and wait about 15-30 mins!! The trim around the edges catch the water. Easy to clean and I've told many friends about it! No more microwave defrosting (which makes it rubbery) or running under hot water (waste of water and money) or leaving out food all day to thaw (just ridiculous!) This is super easy! A must buy!!!

No instructions anywhere we had to look them up! But it IS dishwasher safe, it works FAST and I do not understand the magic behind it. It's pretty cool though!

It’s an ok product and could defrost better.

Really great little tool to help speed up defrosting. It doesn't replace actually remembering to take the meat out of the freezer the day before, but it helps when you do. A little truck I learned from a friend is to run the plate under hot water for a bit.

Love this product. Really works well when it comes to needing to defrost something more quickly. Especially if you forgot to pull something out of the freezer the night before. It’s a sleek clean black look that makes it nice to look at. Overall, it does it’s job and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

This tray is super high tech, low maintenance. I can thaw 1lb of frozen ground beef in 30 mins. Do jot place the tray on anything else, just a flat table top, other wise the tray doesn't work like it should. I tried to thaw a whole frozen chicken and placed the tray on a cookie sheet to catch any condensation runoff. It did not work. I took the tray off the cookie sheet and the whole frozen chicken thawed in 3 hours. Overall, this is a must have kitchen appliance.

This came with no instructions. I have no idea if I’m supposed to do something with it first. It seems to work pretty slow but I do have to say it does defrost quicker than laying out on the counter. But it still takes quite a bit of time.
