I was a little surprised with the engraving when I recieved it. I thought it was engraved but it was only designed to look that way but it's sturdy and writes really well. The ink doesn't smear and is instantly dry to the touch. I would purchase this item again.

This pen is GORGEOUS. Photo does not do it justice. The pen is a nice weight for writing and any Mason would love this. I bought it as a gift for my husband who is a Mason and a Shriner. Can't go wrong with this one.
