It stayed in for 30 minutes and still wasn’t hot. I stuck my finger in it, and it was still cold . However they did sent me a refund as soon As I requested it, and didn’t require me to send it back.

I bought him this warmer to help make things easier and I am so glad that I did.The thin bottles and fat short ones fit no problem. I even use it to warm frozen homemade baby food. Would buy again and again.We were very meticulous with cleaning it properly with a vinegar mixture on schedule. No complaints!

I was trying to find the best bottle warmer and after contemplating and reading the reviews I decided to try this one to see how I would like this option.This bottle warmer looks really nice and makes perfect gift for a baby. My friend loves it. She said that she need it exactly , it keeps milk warm at all times. And it’s very handy for those long nights. She said I know her, appreciate this gift.

Before this warmer, my husband and I were microwaving water to stick the bottle in to warm the baby's milk. Now, we just stick the bottle in the warmer, turn it on, and after a few minutes, it's ready to go.The knob that controls the intensity of the heat is pretty simple and is labeled to help choose a setting.

I’ve had better warmers but this one is ineffective. It takes awhile to warm a bottle. I’m not recommending it due to the time it takes to warm the bottle.

We needed a bottle warmer to warm 4 oz milk bottles, and this Jese Baby Bottle Warmer works well for that. It's very easy to use- just fill it up with water and switch it on. The bottle warmer is short and maxes out at our 4 oz bottle size, so if you have taller bottles that may be an issue for you. We have been using the "auto" setting, which the manual describes will change colors (from green to yellow) when it completes warming and switches to "stay warm" mode. I'm not sure about the accuracy of this. In my experience, the bottles seem sufficiently warmed in about 4 minutes in the "auto" mode, although it doesn't switch colors until at least 9 minutes (possibly longer, I stopped watching it because life is too short). If you get this, I would encourage you just to check it periodically and when it gets to the temperature you want then take the bottle out - don't necessarily wait for the color to change. I wish it worked a little faster than 4 minutes. I haven't tested the thaw function as we don't have anything to thaw right now, but that is a nice added feature.

I did two experiments with water.1) 8 oz of 70 F water from the kitchen faucet (acting as the milk) in the bottle and 70 F water in the bottle warmer - this took 18 minutes to warm the water to 101 F.2) 8 oz 76 F water from the water pitcher (acting as the milk) in the bottle and 105 F water in the bottle warmer (I used half room temperature water and half hot water from the electric water pot) - this took 10 minutes to warm the water to 102 F.*Water in the machine is almost filled to the top.*When I turn on the baby bottle warmer, the light turns green, however, the green light is not very visible at an angle. It looks fine at eye level so this is one of the design flaws. Once the bottle is at the ideal temperature, the green light turns orange which is easily visible any at angle. Once the light is in the orange mode aka keep warm mode, the temperature stays at that ideal temperature. This machine is super quiet, there's no noise at all. No sound to alert me when the bottle is at temperature which I wish they included this function. It would be nice to have a button to turn on notification when the bottle is ready and to turn off notification at night.As with any machines, there are chances of malfunction so I strongly suggest you to do the wrist test to test the temperature EVERY time with the bottle.
