ProRoll Foam Roller, Foam Rollers (12, Black)

I've just recently started taking my life back in regards to practicing a healthy life style. This foam roller I couple with the book "Taller, Slimmer, Younger" by Lauren Roxburgh. As soon as I received it, I opened it up, placed it on the ground and played on it so my spine was parallel with the roller: It felt comfortable and was stable and strong enough to hold my weight (176). I can't wait to continue using it.

These foam rollers are a great idea it is like a massage. It is nothing special but it works great and the shape doesn't worp I'm a big guy and it still rolls perfect. I got this promising a review

only good thing is you can use it after the run or workout if you are back home right away. ordered short one by mistake and use it seldom.

So after looking through a few pages of foam rollers I finally decided on this one because of the fact that it is smooth all around unlike others with notches sticking out because I felt like that would just hurt, idk I was drawn to the simplicity of this product and I am SO glad I made this purchase! It really is awesome! So far I have only used it two ways.1. Setting it on the floor and laying on top of it to roll out my back. If you're a fan of a good back cracking, this thing will crack your whole spine from top to bottom and it's honestly just so amazing!!!2. Using it to roll out my thighs after doing lots of squats, which if you've ever felt the soreness squats leave you, you know rubbing your legs after is total bitter sweetness. Using this roller just feels so great on my super sore thighs.In conclusion, this product was a great buy for anyone looking to relieve yourself of knots or soreness or if you just need a good back crack and you have no one around to do it! I can definitely recommend this product.I received this item at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review and my opinions are 100% mine.
