Martin Miller's Gin, Westbourne Strength Edition - Super Premium Gin, Icelandic spring water, Distilled in England - 45.2 percent ABV 70cl Bottle (0.7L)

It was an Irish barman in Valencia (sic) who first alerted my wife and me to the joys of gins other than Bombay Sapphire, which at that time seemed to represent the very zenith of sophistication. Since then, we've sampled a number of other brands, chiefly via the Amazon website, and have had a great deal of pleasure into the bargain!The third gin Mrs. J sampled was Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin, blended with extra-pure Icelandic spring water and batch distilled like malt whisky. Mrs. J loves Iceland and was excited at the prospect of tasting this gin. In the event, despite finding it pretty good, with a pleasingly clean finish, and excellent value for its price, she found it nowhere near as good as her favourite, the great Gin Mare.

I am so happy I bought this after reading about it in a drinks magazine. It is definitely one of the best on the market.

Arrived on time and well packaged. However the bottle label is poor quality. Both front and back labels are stuck incorrectly. The front label is folded over and the back has a large gap where it has not stuck. If the bottle was for me it would not have mattered however it is a gift and to be honest it looks like a cheap market fake. Disappointed and it cannot be returned.

I came across it at a gin festival and liked it so much that I ordered a bottle as soon as I got home. Delightful with a twist of red grapefruit peel as per the Martin Miller representative on the stand
