It makes my bose QC headphones feel new.
Over the years, the original tips apparently lost their ability to block out the sound completely. These do the job! They make a good seal, and even with the headphones off they blocked most of the noise from the Pilates Turboprop. With the phones on, I didn't even know I was in a small plane.

These are a perfect fit for one that got lost trying to race through the Airport TSA Screening area. Fits perfectly on the ear bud, as well as in my ear. Very Comfortable.

Make sure you are getting the right ones
I ordered two more sets of earpieces before finally getting this one, which is the right one. Make sure you have an original earpiece in your hand and compare very closely with what you are thinking of buying. Everything seems to come from Asia, so order extra. Takes a long time to get to the US

TOO SMALL FOR AVERAGE US MAN EARS
I am an average 5'10" average US man sized ears. They are normal size. Howling occurs due to poor seal. I never had an issue with the Bose brand ones at all. To be clear, I have purchased two different ones by Amazon offerings and neither were sealing correctly.
