I mean it’s a hand zester/grater so how much science would you need to figure out how to use it so obviously it’s easy to use. It works well and because it is a grater/ zester which has holes in it it’s a bit hard to clean but not that hard.

Have tried other zesters and they were little and flimsy and NOT sharp. This zester works GREAT! Sharp and large and easy to handle. Zesting is a breeze.

This thing does the job. It works well for smaller things like ginger or zesting a lemon(two things I bought it for)However..... mine arrived bent. The handle was at maybe a 30 degree upward bend which was incredible because the packaging wasn't damaged at all. Someone probably put it in the box that way. I was able to bend it back but it is fairly bendable and I suspect that you'll bend this over time with repeated use.All of that said, it still works great for what I needed.

So far I have used this on ginger and garlic. They were smoothly and effortlessly very finely grated. My 8 year old helps me in the kitchen (with supervision) and it was just as easy for her. Even though it’s fine, it works really fast.There was no slipping around.Cleaning was easy. The cover slides onto only the grating side, so if you put the cover back on right away after cleaning, it can still air dry.Super happy with it. I ordered the long zested/grater version (super fine grater).

I wanted something to shave my sharp Provolone as needed. It’s easy to slice and the shavings are light and fluffy. This fit the bill for my pizza since I love lots of Cheeze😳👍🏽

What can I say, this works awesome. Just make sure to put the plastic guard on when storing as the cutter blades are quite delicate and would want to keep protected when in a drawer. Can't go wrong with this purchase and I am very happy with it.

So many times all I need is a quick grate of cheese. This fits the bill. Nice and sharp and the gratings are the larger size I need. And easy to clean. It comes with a plastic guard that I use.

Me gustó que tiene mucho filo y corta bien el queso, la cebolla. Hay que tener cuidado al momento de usarlo y de guardarlo (ponerle el plástico que viene)

Rala muito bem (até os dedos, se não tiver cuidado), pois está coberto de pequenas "lâminas" em vez de "furos com rebarbas". É fácil de limpar e confortável ao uso. Esta versão rala num tamanho um pouco grande demais para algumas coisas, mas se quiser umas fitas mais grossas de queijo, por exemplo, é extraordinário. Quando apanhar uma boa promoção irei comprar o tamanho "abaixo".
