I had difficulties in setup--it wouldn't connect to my router with the easy method. Called their help line--very helpful person but he couldn't get it to work, so I returned it and tried another. Got all the lights to light up but it didn't seem to do anything--authentication problem on the phone and my wireless (in theory) printer continues to be un-wireless because of weak signal--next room over, maybe 7 feet away. As I said, I got all the lights to light up for the wireless setup but it didn't mean anything. I even tried via wired connection to my router but I found no improvement. The company's tech was super and Amazon's return was fast and easy, so I did give it 3 stars.

Disappointed with this product. Installation went great. Once installed my Wi-Fi through the extender slowed everything down. Called tech-support. He reads too fast as he knows what he’s talking about However me as a new possible user couldn’t take in everything he was saying. Not sure if you need to be more tech savvy to use this product but would not recommend.

took a while to get the unit to sysnc up with my router. Was able to sysnc up using WPS button but only after i hit the button on my router first then the unit (instruction say unit than router but this didn't work. Moved unit down stairs by TV and it wouldn't even do the download to check signal strength.Called tech support, we resysnc'd unit through smart phone and still could not get unit to download signal test or stream TV. Tech was very helpful, but unit does not work repeating signal at wifi strength. sending unit back.rating would be only one star but tech really work with me trying to get unit to operate as advertised.

I tried to log into their website to activate it, but the website itself didn't work. Calling the tech support number was hopeless. I figured out from other online complaints that you need to log in with an IP address. Unit plugs in and extends range somewhat, but still not as strong as I want. I will buy a different one and compare.

Purchased this extender so the signal can reach my son's mancave shed outside our yard. Signal is super strong and he can now stream our home signal inside the shed without any issues. It took 5 minutes to install.

I had difficulty installing this product. I called tech support. The call was answered after a couple of rings by a human who walked me through the installation.My wireless signal is now much improved.

I would have enough to have that act as a DNS server on its own In case the repeated router goes down and has to come back up, since I'm connected wirelessly, but outside looked at, it works perfectly

Works great! TV signal from room where router is to kitchen was very weak. After installing this WiFi range extender problem is now eliminated. It was extremely easy to set up and install. So glad I got it.
