I had problems with both mold forming and quite a few fruit flies getting into a jar in the last two weeks. This happened with two separate overlapping batches. Both batches were 10 days in or less. So two out of four lids did not function correctly. Had to throw out quite a bit of product. I am a very experienced fermenter. Never have had these issues with a competing, more expensive brand. Returning.
