Have been regularly using it for fascial as well as scalp micro needling. The Dr Pen ultima M8 pen is what I have and it’s cartridges with 24 needles have been flaw less. I have no complaints. I researched and decided on M8 pen. No regrets.

I have to go deep in order to reach the acne scars and stretch mark scars. I noticed that these needles don't go too deep unless I physically push the micro needling device against my skin harder. Think about those people that lay on a bed of nails in places like Southern Asia. They do that, because the nail tips are rather close to each other so their body weight is dispersed more evenly, and they usually don't get stabbed by the nails underneath their body. Same concept as this flaw. These needle tips don't go as deep as the dermapen is set to unless I push harder. The 36 pin tips are for less depth treatment, like 1mm or less. I bought the 16 pin tips and will continue my scar treatment with those from now on.
