Product does aide in weight lose. I tryed a bottle and have not lost weight. I eat a heathy diet. Fresh fruits, vegs, grains, lean protien, grilled, baked. No processed foods.Limited sugar no high fructose. use xylitol for sweetner. No chemicals. This product did not work for me.

But I wish it came with better instructions or information. Dosage says 2 pills,,,, is that per day or per meal?Im starting with 2 per day & see how that works....
