don't waste your money
Missing so much and full of stuff I don't need. There is no money section for budgeting and the calander paper is thin and cheap. I will have to hack this planner to make it work for me. There are lots of free printable on pintrest which is much better than this and you can get a folder that you can personalize yourself. Save yourself money. Full of quotes that are useless to me and just take up space.

Doesn't live up to potential
I should have read other customer reviews before purchasing this product. You can't preview enough of the pages to know what you're getting into. The pages are printed in such a way so that you have to turn the binder around from side to side in order to see the next page. Very awkward and frustrating. The binder is too big to carry around all the time. And 75% of the pages included are not useful. Either templates of forms I don't need, or pages and pages of quotes and advice - which I don't need. I decided to give it a shot though, and have spent HOURS today filling in my family's schedule for the year - only to find out that there are only 6 months of weekly planning pages included!!!! I wanted to scream! I have been working on the calendar all day and now I'm about to throw it out the window. Who in their right mind sells a yearly calendar with only 6 months worth of pages??? And the dates aren't marked. They are generic pages, so you have to fill in all of the dates yourself. The only reason I bought this is because the beloved calendar I used to use every year was only sold at Border's, and they went out of business.

A lot of unecessary stuff in it
It has a good weekly task/kids activity template, but was hoping there would be more for my personal needs - ie. financial/budgeting section or a long term/short term projects section, a section on break down to do lists etc. Instead it has a whole section on listing birthdays, party planning (which is ok but I don't do a lot of parties)I like the sturdy pockets-there are 4 of them and I do like the cheat sheet idea along with all the stickies. However I probably won't get it again.

Incomplete Planner
There are only about SIX months of weekly planner pages (this really frustrated me), one party planning page, and one meal planning page. Those were the most important pages to me. Everything else is pretty useless to our family. The planner is adorable and the pockets are great, but that's as good as it gets.

Ok
Wish it was a little more customizable and my binder came with a bent loop so it doesn't close properly. I've only opened it a couple times just because its so cut and dry what they want you to put in there. And to alter it with say new labels would just make it look horrible.

Bad Two-sided print job
I really was excited to get this planner and started filling it in right away (the size was GREAT for me b/c all the school papers, etc. fit right in without folding and stuffing). It's just the size of a regular binder. THEN I noticed the two-sided printing was just not done the best way! The backside should be reversed so that when you're flipping through the months you don't have to completely turn the notebook around. Same goes for flipping through the weeks. This would be so much more efficient, and the problem annoyed me so much that I'm having to make my own copies DONE THE RIGHT WAY. I guess you could always order refills, but I would honestly be using one side of the papers. I don't want to have to flip all of them over at the end of the year either -- just want them all in order, flipped appropriately so I can use both sides. Or hey, I don't mind using one side, but they need to give me 52 pages of "weeks" and 12 pages of "months." There are not enough pages as it exists now to use it "one-sided." Most organized types will agree, and if we send them a review, maybe they will fix this =) I'll get on that as soon as I can pencil it in, ha!

Not what I expected
This is not what I expected and had to open the shrink wrap to find out. A sprial notebook would virtually do the same thing. Save your money.

Not really worth it
This is a great idea that was disappointing in practice and a bit overpriced for what it is. It is really nothing more than a binder, with some blank calendar pages, a few perforfated pages that can be torn out for lists and notes, and a few pages of interesting, but hardly ground-breaking, hints and tips. The concept is actually quite useful: have a central place to keep important family info, e.g. from your kids' schools, for babysiters or housesitters, etc. But you'd be better off buying a heavy-duty binder (it will probably cost half as much), covering it with some nice paper (if you care about it looking pretty) and printing out some calendar templates you can easily find online, then filling up your binder with anything that is important to have close to hand.

ok
ok but not perfect - its american so a bit pointless regarding uk MUM's ! as it has some things not relevant and also doesn't have a 2011 calendar (which was the main thing I wanted) just pull out sheets that you fill in yourself (month and dates) ......ok but wish I had stuck with my normal "mum's family desk planner" to be honest ....would have returned it but my daughter drew all over it (bless !)

I love this, 4th year that I've used it and ...
I love this, 4th year that I've used it and I can't find anything else that would do the same job. I add a4 plastic sleeves and slip all the bills and paper work in, everything is in one place. Because it's a ring binder you can add anything you feel you might need and take out bits that you think maybe don't suit you.
