Five months ago my doctor recommended that I take 2000 units of B12 every day, even though I was not deficient. I feel so much better and this is less that the 2000 units. I have found out that I wake up and think about what is ahead for the day instead of dreading getting up. I have more desire to get up and get going and maybe more energy too. My first choice for quality and ease of taking

Drs. Best Product are typically very affordable and very well made. You don't find a great deal if unnecessary additives, chemicals, etc. in their products. They are Vegan and use the better for of the the vitamin or nutrient as in this case using methylcobalamin which is natural as opposed to the cynacobalamin which is by product of a chemical reaction using cyanide it I remember correctly. This B12 does as advertised and certainly provides that extra energy needed and then some.
