Highest iron content of them all
It's the only blackstrap molasses I've found with an appreciable amount of iron in it: 70 percent of the human RDA in one tablespoon. So if the molasses is intended for medicinal purposes, this may be your only real option. I had an anemic animal, so iron content was the deciding factor. And given that I'm a longtime vegetarian, I knew I would use it too.Be careful who you buy from, however. I bought from Peter's Select, and the experience was not worth the wear and tear on my nerves.
