I have been using a probiotic and was hoping I’d experience better results when taking this product which is considerably more expensive. It performs about the same I would say. With that said - it does what it claims to do and provides the benefits you need when taking a probiotic.

It works and can over work if you don't drink enough liquids.

Had been studying Dr. Gundry's work for a few week before buying this very similar mix of Dr Gundry's Restore compounds. Have always had gas and bloating during my entire life (now 74 yrs old) upon eating certain foods, especially beans, certain nuts, potatoes. After 6 weeks of taking one capsule before each meal, I haven't detected any improvements in digestion, gas, or bloating. During the 1st week, I discovered that taking one glass of water (12 oz) with this product was perhaps too much liquid before eating, so I reduced the water intake to about 6 oz and saw slight improvement. Now, after 5 weeks, I am thinking this product may be helping the absorption of nutrients since I have gained almost 8 lbs with no change in food intake or exercise. Bottom line: Not sure if this is helping but will continue until bottle is empty. Did not get a notable digestive relief as others have reported.

I had been taking a well made lectin 'zapper' by Dr. Gundry. However, I felt I could find something similar, at a better price (coupled with free delivery for Prime customers). After carefully comparing various options, I have been using this for over 2 months. Happy with this product.

I have been taking supplements for YEARS and I never ever experienced sickness until I took these. I was flat on my back with a distended mid section for 3 days. I could not go to the bathroom and could not eat. I would have sent these to a lab to have tested but I feel for the overworked staff at medical centers dealing with COVID-19 so I will just never ever buy them again. BEWARE. I would give this a -1000 if I could.

Ultimate Restore has reduced abdominal discomfort and bloating after eating. I haven’t had any lab tests to prove improve mocrobiome, but it appears to be better.
